Our People

Scott B. Fullerton

Principal, BS, CLNP

Scott offers his clients over 30 years of experience in the landscape management and horticulture industry. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture from Penn State University, he worked in various capacities throughout the industry before creating Fullerton Grounds Maintenance in 1994.

Scott is a Certified Landscape Nursery Professional through the NJNLA and is also a state-licensed pesticide applicator.

Matthew Dalton

Sales Manager

Matt joined Fullerton Grounds Maintenance as a sales manager in 1998. As FGM’s primary client contact, Matt handles over 100 accounts, overseeing the development and renewal of sales contracts, and is also responsible for quality control and customer satisfaction.

Roberto Ortega

Operations Manager

Roberto is Fullerton Grounds Maintenance’s longest-tenured employee, having been with the company since its creation in 1994. He supervises all crews and grounds maintenance sites associated with FGM’s Morristown facility and also oversees property enhancement production for the entire company, producing $2 million annually.

Kimberly Zuber

Branch Manager

Kim has over 20 years of industry experience and has been with Fullerton Grounds Maintenance since 2001. She manages crews and grounds maintenance sites from FGM’s Ledgewood facility and retains an impressive portfolio exceeding $1 million.

Elizabeth Johnston-Diehl

Landscape Designer - Garden Designs by Elizabeth

Elizabeth has over 18 years experience in landscape design.  As founder of Garden Designs by Elizabeth, FGM’s design/build subsidiary, she specializes in design, sales and installation of residential landscape projects.

Elizabeth earned her landscape design degree at the County College of Morris and is a New Jersey Certified Nursery Landscape Professional and winner of the APLD National Silver Award for the re-design and installation of landscaping at the Thomas Edison estate (his gravesite). She currently serves as Chairperson for the North Jersey Chapter of the NJNLA.

In addition to her design work, Elizabeth acts as FGM’s office administrator.

Arnold Ortega

Assistant Manager

Arnold brings many years of experience in both maintenance and design/build to his role at Fullerton Grounds Maintenance. He manages the crews and grounds maintenance sites that run out of FGM’s Morristown facility and is responsible for the repair, upkeep and replacement of over 1,000 pieces of equipment.

David Sipple

Licensed Pesticide Applicator and Tree Expert

Dave supervises Fullerton Grounds Maintenance’s Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services and is NJ-State-Pesticide-licensed. He has been with the company since the launch of its IPM division in 2008 and as a result of his extensive knowledge of the safest products available, the company has significantly reduced its pesticide use.

Paul Pichieri

Manager - Fullerton Garden Center

Paul joined Fullerton Grounds Maintenance in 2010 and oversees operation of the company’s retail facility, Fullerton Garden Center. Paul has over 20 years of retail experience, extensive knowledge of plant materials, and leverages his strong relationships with growers across the US to obtain the best plant materials available for Fullerton Garden Center customers.
